Very pale colour, citrus-driven aromatics, with appealing herbal-garrigue notes and a notable salinity on the palate....

Grenache brings a charming note. Cinsault, very resistant to dry climate brings all the aromas and roundness.A selection of parcels very pronounced in aromas and very representative of the Provençal terroir. Fine and well balanced, this wine is ideal for aperitifs, summer buffet, salads & BBQ.
D. de la Sangliere in Bormes-les-Mimosas is right on the Mediterranean coast. 42 Ha overall incl. 20 Ha vineyards (trellising, traditional growing). Schistose-clayey soil , no limestone. Microclimate with a daily marine breeze, (no cold winters, no frost, moderate summer temperatures).
