Far more concentration of fruit than any chinon that i've had. Slightly reminiscent of bordeaux when my nose was in the glass, but the bell pepper and minerality takes one right back to the loire. Spice and mature fruit compplemnt the typical loire CF profile. The one minute taste may not have sufficed, i would love to taste this again.
