This is a very pleasant, easy-drinking white blend of mostly pinot gris, chardonnay, and gewürztraminer, with smaller portions of viognier and sauvignon blanc. It has nice balance and comes across as slightly off-dry. The aromas and flavours feature all kinds of orchard, tropical, and citrus fruit, along with floral, spice, and honey notes from the more aromatic varieties. Great for casual sipping, but would have plenty of pairing possibilities. Tasted December 2016.
