A nice Greco di Tufo from Campania offering citrus fruit, florals, white pepper, anise, almond and saline minerality. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, good acidity and a lemony mineral finish. Would pair exceedingly well with garlic lemon butter shrimp. For immediate consumption. Great value. Feb. 2017.
