Here's a fine, savoury-spicy, floral and cinnamon-tinged, quite well structured Côtes du Rhône from the talented...
A very dense wine, so youthful still with incredible structure and concentration. The price is quite surprising....
A fruit forward Côtes du Rhône, fresh and lucidly spiced. Tannins are present and accounted for, at large with that...

Finally an excellent Cotes Du Rhone with character. Traditional, with great depth and grip. Very much it's own wine, unlike the usual CRD selection we typically get here in Ontario. A really welcome change. Great with any summer BBQ, especially burgers, steak.
Re-tasted Nov 2016, this bottle really impressed me. Super CdR, seemed to me a superior bottle than the one I had several weeks ago - more open and generous. Excellent.
Original note:
A slightly leaner style of CdR than many, less overtly fruity with more savoury flavours. Very dry and a bit tight and austere at the moment, but displays a complex array of flavours. I'd suggest giving this a year or two to mellow, my score may be a bit conservative. Tasted Oct 2016.
Was really looking forward to this wine but found it overly acidic for my liking. Not sure if I got a bad bottle.
