Deep straw, slightly golden hues. With age, almost resembling a young Sauternes in the glass.
Nose of honey, green grass, white grapefruit.
On the palate, almond honey pastry. Some tangerine, luscious white nectarine. Almost a hint of caramel.
Medium-plus in body, nice acid follows through to the slightly savoury finish.
Not a particularly high-end Bordeaux, but this aged quite well.
Tasted December 2015
