The grape is mencia and needs some air to rake it away from the meatiness but after an hour the fruit is so gorgeous...

Ink, peony, and mineral on the nose. Very dry and surprisingly light with flavours of smoke, minerals and fruit and very fine tannins. Really delicious, complex and fine.
