The 2014 Pondview Lot 74 Harmony White, composed of 50% Chardonnay , 40% Riesling and 10% Gewurztraminer, has seductive aromas of lemon, gooseberry, pineapple as well as subtle floral notes on the nose and yellow apple and gooseberry on the palate. It is a light to medium bodied, dry to off-dry, fruity wine; with combination of round acidity (result of malolactic fermentation) and slightly sharp acidity that together result in pleasantly refreshing, creamy acidity and a fruit filled finish of medium length. It is a food friendly and sipping wine; drink now and for the next few years (screw cap enclosure). My impression: NICE, 88 pts – recommended for its quality and value. Tasted in Oct/15.
