Excellent Sangiovese-based wine from Tuscany, just like a good Chianti Classico. Great value at this price point. Benefited from an hour of decanting. Tasted January 2016.
Excellent sangiovese in the traditional style, dominated by dried fruit and earth notes. Really opened up with breathing.
Very nice...but might I say a tad boring. It's too clean for me, no old world Brett imperfections here. Critics may rejoice, but I hope not all old-world wines turn homogenous with modern technology.
