Luis Felipe Edwards has some of the highest vineyards in the Colchagua Valley. The cool nights here bring a freshness...

There's a lot of wine here for the money, a solid, uncomplicated Syrah-Cab blend bringing notes of cassis, raisin, blackberry, mint, and black pepper, with unobtrusive meaty notes lurking in the background. On the palate, it's rough and gritty on the one hand but fresh and vibrant on the other, and the mouth-watering, red-berry acidity suggests its raw youthfulness is just the beginning. Super value, but it certainly stands on its own merits.
