Deep straw in colour, as expected due to age.

Nose of honey, green grass, white grapefruit.

On the palate, the honey is more muted than the nose, but still adds a freshness, coupled with a slight almond brioche, parsley, white nectarine. Creamy mouthfeel.

Medium-plus in body, nice acid follows through to the finish. This has aged well.
