A more premium sake, where 30% or more of the rice surface is milled away before brewing, this sake describes itself as having melon and pear flavours. In this case The label is completely correct. When first drinking, there is a distinct melon note. It's followed up by a lovely floral component that is quite intriguing. Not my favorite sake, but definitely worth a try.
