An unusual rosé made from a blend of pinot noir and pinotage. Fairly complex, with the pinotage contributing some intriguing earthy notes. Pink grapefruit, raspberry, melon, forest floor, smoke, honey, and nutmeg on the nose. Warming alcohol on the palate, with tart red cherry, pink grapefruit, nutmeg, and white pepper coming through strongly. High acidity. Lingering spice notes and alcohol.
