Bright pink colour; aromas of sweet strawberry, marachino cherry and fresh raspberry with floral notes and hints of tropical fruit; slightly sweet, medium bodied, soft acidity but well balanced, with flavours of light cherry, raspberry and melon. A great accompaniment to Asian inspired dishes and spicy food. Try also with goat cheese salad or a fruit tray with yoghurt dip. Best served well chilled.
