Really Nice Red - Glass cork. Very smooth, but not much smokyness. Good for those who want a background wine

Pretty violet rim in the glass, dense, opaque robe, promising a flavourful wine that doesn't disappoint. Cherries for acidity and other red fruit for roundness in this finely structured wine. Grab several bottles while you can.

An interesting take on syrah. It exhibits some syrah typicity with dark berry fruit, plum and a spicy finish. But it has a certain Italian flair with earthy rusticity. The nose shows red berry, florals and mild oak spice. The weight is mid, sitting semi opague in the glass, yet there's pronounced alcohol heat on the lengthy finish. Excellent value and currently on sale officially making it a steal! Don't tell the authorities. Nov. 2014.

Really enjoyable, easy-drinking wine. Very flexible, and able to drink alone, or with cheeses, pastas, or meat dishes. I will add this to my list as a good go-to wine that will please everyone. Glad I found it!
