Incredibly well put together Chardonnay in a very lean, oaked style, somewhat reminiscent of Premier Cru Chablis. Reductive matchstick is the first note off the nose, followed by lime zest, almond, a hint of honey and vanilla, along with a great deal of minerality. High acid and medium bodied, this isn't what I think of when it comes to Aussie Chards. Elegant and focused with the ability to age for many years to come, this is top-notch value for lovers of this style. Tasted November 2014
