Decent but not outstanding in any way. Not much going on for me. Reasonable value.
A very solid multi-varietal blend. Right away, the interesting aromatics indicate that this is not your simple avwerage $13 plonk. On the palate, a surprisingly deep flavoured wine, with dark berry fruits, hints of pepper and meaty flavours. Quite ripe but not over the top. Not overly complex but its only $13. Fine value. Why is it that that Thelema can produce a red of this quality and ship it half way around the world and it costs $13 whereas similar quality from our own Niagara is $18-20? asted Nov 2014.
