Chalky candy, melon rind, peach skins and perfume aromas are quite pretty on the nose — almost Burgundian in style. The Woodbridge is medium-plus bodied on the palate, delivering red apple, melon, peach and spice flavours that linger. While not typical New World Chardonnay — at least in this price point — it's quite tasty.
