Brad Royale
I like the yeast use here, providing the wine a complex nose of bone marrow, popcorn, kitten belly and paper mâché. The bubble structure here is firm and well placed giving the wine a creamy texture and offering hints of chalk, white flowers, cumin and rice crackers. I like the integrity of the wine, a skilled effort that should drink well over the next couple years.
