Taught and extremely flavourful, generous both aromatically and palate-wise. With an abundance of cool minerality...

Great value in a firm, complex white. This is fairly hefty and spicy with yellow gold colour and a generous toasty,...

Very pleasant, but it seems to decline a bit after the second glass. So it is best enjoyed one glass per night.

Not what I expect when i think of pecorino, in the sense that the oak is quite upfront. Really enjoying this one though with its spicy/nutty notes that accompany the lime, peach, pear, and floral notes. On the palate, it's medium-full bodied with medium acid with excellent length. The finish is somewhat bitter though. This would pair beautifully with citrus and herb marinated fish or white meats. Excellent value! Tasted October 2013.

Well made, great structure and good length. The nose not as interesting as I was hoping for, but some pear, melon and yellow apple. The palate is full in body, dry with pleasant fruit extract and well layered acidity. More ripe yellow apple, honey and apricot flavours replay in the mouth with a warm (slightly alcoholic) finish. Easy to drink with food, though not overly complex. Enjoy with white meats or oily fish. Drink now. Tasted Oct '13
