This is a deep black, very lifted syrah with piquant meaty, lavender, cassis blueberry, chocolate, mint. It’s smooth,...

Loved this.
Dark berries dominate the flavours but there was a lot going on here overall. Great with BBQ ribs however anything grilled would be a hit. Outstanding.
Freshness and finesse describe this dark ruby/magenta Chilean shiraz, rather than big and bold. Dark berry and plummy fruit bursts out of the gate, followed by typical pepper and spice. Medium bodied on the mouthfeel, there's grippy tannins and decent length. A nice softer feminine shiraz that should be widely appealing. I enjoyed it on its own, but it certainly would pair well with grilled chicken, pork or burgers. So grip it n' sip it! Sept. 2013.
Big fruit and a touch sweet but nice herb driven complexity and balance. A crowd pleaser with enough poise and structure to satisfy a more critical palate.
Smooth, no flaws, it reminds me a bit of syrah from the south of France. Good value.
We visited the winery in 2013, and being organic gardeners ourselves, we were very impressed with their vineyard practices and general philosophy. This wine is soft, smooth and very fruity, without being cloying. 15% alcohol seems a bit over the top, yet there is great balance here and no noticeable hotness in the finish.
