The 2011 Sunnybrook Farm Estate Winery Peach Blossom has notes of ripe peach and faint apricot. This fruit wine is light to medium bodied, off-dry, with checked acidity and a medium, lightly soapy finish. This is a food wine, drink to enhance food with peach flavor – pair with cheeses; drink now-2016. Tasted Jan/14 and rated it 84-85 pts.
