Really impressive juice at under $14 - a testament to the difference a soil type can make! This full flavoured, juicy, savory and highly satisfying classic blend of garganega and trebbiano, which can sometimes prove bland, explodes on the palate and lingers deliciously. Not to be missed. This wine opened up with very fresh aromas of citrus fruit, gooseberry, pear and light mineral notes. On the mouthfeel, medium bodied with steely, salty and citrus flavours, perfectly balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is long, crisp, refreshing with lots of citrus/lime fruit, pear flavours and an underlying minerality. Such a superb value for a wine of this quality. As for a pairing possibility, I would suggest any dish with a cream sauce or white fish with a splash of lemon. Strongly recommended.

Great tropical fruit on the nose(Guava) with lovely fruit on the palate and a beautiful luscious mouth feel. Minerals hit on the long finish. Great value. Tasted June 2013.
This wine is a great value, but it does not quite deliver the taste experience to give it that ninety rating.
light bodied white would pair well with light cream sauce or mild fish.
