The nose here leans to the serious side of rosé, with notes of plum and hints of beets weaving their way among the cherry and raspberry aromas. The palate is tangy and savoury with a touch of sour cherry and cherry stone on the finish. This one will pair very well with grilled herbed chicken breast.
