A lovely, fragrant, juicy and succulent Bourgogne rouge - really pretty and engaging with classic regional character....

Great Pinot at the price. Clean, firm and nicely put together. May be able to cellar over the short term, but is drinking well now.
Tasted June 2013.
Excited to see this return to Vintages, as it's a fantastic red Burgundy at a terrific price. Bright and fresh with red raspberry, wild flowers, light spice and mineral notes. Juicy palate with vibrant acidity and great length, try this with prime rib or roast pork tenderloin.

In my view this is not smooth enough to rate a ninety. I am not convinced it is any better then Ontario's fifteen dollar Alvar.
Cherries, cranberries with a hint of chocolate and slightly floral on the nose. Red fruit with some spice on the palate with cranberries coming back on the good finish. Tasted April 2013.
It was rather disappointing.
It’s not a bad wine but why did they put it in the vintage section?
It is good table wine, very young. Fresh berries flavours, fresh acidity. I think for this kind of wine this one is quite overpriced. I’m guessing back in Burgundy it will be 2-3 euro top.
I didn’t enjoy it and it’s made to be consumed young.
