This is a lovely wine with all the lime, floral, petrol, mineral and spicy notes in place, with peach flavours added to these in the mouth and on the finish. Fantastic value!
A year later, and nothing changes--maybe a bit more petrol maturity. Still lovely
This is bang-on Mosel riesling. Classic nose of lime, pear, petrol, and a bit of spice (these notes persist on the palate). Light bodied, it's incredibly well balanced with the sweetness matching perfectly with the beautiful acidity. To top it off, it has a lovely, long finish. A perfect wine to crush (8% alcohol) on one of the hottest days of the year. Tasted July 2013
Lovely grapefruit and floral components on the nose with citrus, pear wtih honey and a beautiful long finish. Great with Indian food. Tasted Aug 2013
Petrol and spices on the nose and a great spiciness on the palate. Re-tasted October 2014
Still holding nicely. Lovely wine.
Re-tasted October 2020
amazing value
Still holding on. Essence is light and quaffable now, some extra petrol complexity from ageing but not the expected honey notes. Long and very enjoyable
