Takler Pince Kékfrankos 2009, Szekszárd
Other Red
Hungary
$13.95 (180141)
Made entirely with the Kékfrankos grape (aka Blaufränkisch), this wine features a toasty complexity on the nose, with plum, cherry and blueberry also quite prevalent. Dry, with more red fruit, cherry and a touch of oak on the palate, and a very dry finish. A natural for a chicken paprika dish. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2012)Critic Reviews (2)
