This is from a very successful Islay distillery (just purchased by Remy Cointreau) with a knack for making unique whiskies. Aged exclusively in bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace Distiller and Jim Beam, it’s an oak forward dram. Full bodied, creamy and bourbon infused, it has vanilla, spice and peat in its taste.
