All from Grande and Petite Champagne, the two most prestigious growth areas of Cognac, the eau-de-vies have been pot distilled on the lees to give a more opulent texture. Antique gold in colour, it has a floral bouquet with nuances of toffee. Silky, refined and elegant on the palate, there are tastes of brown spices, leather, cigar box and candied citrus.
