Lovely orchard fruit, grapefruit, orange zest and spice aromas. Very fresh with a good mousse giving it a lovely texture. There’s also some fine mid-palate intensity bringing real interest to this Cava. The finish is vibrant and lengthy. A great between-courses palate refresher, or try it with grilled salmon steaks with a lemonand-dill sauce. (VINTAGES panel, April 2012)Critic Reviews (3)
