Light garnet red. Nice aroma of red fruit mainly sour cherry with hint of sweet licorice and walnut. Taste of smooth fleshy red fruit. Tannins are light with bright acidity, great to pair with veal Osso bucco or turkey. Very Pinot like, does not have the strength to pair with beef, elk, venison, bison. Camel, kangaroo.
