Outstanding Wine. Blackberry and a very strong cherry note on the nose. Acidity very balanced. I was very surprised and happy with this wine overall.
Great stuff, will buy again
nice chianti, perfect for any pasta with red sauce, particularly a meat sauce. Recommended.
Mostly Sangiovese with a little help from its cab sauv and merlot friends. A solid Chianti with notes of red fruits, chocolate, spice box and oak. A full body, the 14.5 ABV is integrated and tannins are moderate. Not overly complex or long but juicy acidity makes this a favourable food companion, particularly for tomato sauce based dishes.
