This white Bordeaux blend — driven by two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc — has lots to like on the nose, with lemon, red apple, honey, perfume, melon and herbal notes all showing up. It's a bit short on the light-bodied palate, but the red apple, lemon, herbal and honey notes are still tasty and fresh.
