This wine comes in a very heavy bottle, though not as heavy as a regular sledgehammer. Expect aromas of black cherry...
Dark red, a touch of volatile acidity, freshness on the palate, the fruit, but a marked wooded integrated. September...

Excellent Zin. Mieux que n'importe quel Zin disponible à la soporifique SAQ. Bravo LCBO
Very nice, and quite a bargain at $17.95

Dry, medium-bodied Zin, i.e. made of the same grape as Primitivo in Italy. Very easy to drink but nothing exceptional. Tasted January 2013.
A fairly monotone but not unpleasant zin. Cassis nose, a bit sulfurous at first. Fruit forward palate of dark cherry and some moderate spice. Medium-full bodied, decent acidity, short finish with some residual heat.
