Nice fruit on the nose and palate with a hint of sweetness. I think I'll have to pick up a few more of this easy drinking white.
This is a highly fragrant variety known for its combination of floral and citrus aromas. Winemakers in Alsace seem to have a knack for capturing the potential of Muscat. Slightly off dry to taste and delicate in a word. Expect a perfumed nose that precedes a clean, fresh and slightly sweet taste to a combination of orange/peach and spice on the finish. Quite good on its own or paired with Asian cuisine. Tasted Aug 2012.

I love Muscat in all its variations and this is a very nice Alsation example. Typical muscat aromas with candied limes and floral tones which follow on the palate. The sweetness is relatively subtle and there is some acid to bring it into balance. Orange citrus flavours play on the medium finish.
