Delicious with a salmon in a wine/butter sauce.
Much cheaper in ON
The 2010 Louis Jadot Chardonnay Bourgogne is a medium bodied, fruity wine with appealing aromas of ripening apple and subtle oak. It has a nice acidity and a slightly sweet finish of medium length. Drink this food friendly wine for the next 2-4 years. My impression: NICE, 88 pts. Tasted Sept/12.

Light to medium+ gold in colour with medium to medium+ intensity on the nose.
Positives: Lemon/lime, grapefruit, limestone, light oak & pear. Medium bodily, high acidity & medium length.
Negatives: A lot of tartness & taste is muted.
Interested Things: Chill it to ice wine temperature to dull the tartness.
Cellar it for 2 years to see if the acidity comes down. Pair it with lemon pepper cat fish.
