The 2009 Stone Dwellers Cabernet Sauvignon has intense aromas of creamy cherry, vanilla and wood. It is a medium bodied, extra-dry fruity wine, with forward acidity, refined tannins and a medium to long finish. This is a food friendly and a sipping wine; drink now – 2018+. My impression: NICE to BEAUTIFUL, 89 pts – recommended for its quality. Tasted at Australia Today 2014 Trade show http://grapeselections.com/australian-wine/ in Feb/14.

Nice full-bodied Cab' from Australia that is sweet and green at the same time. Only con is the level of heat that is a bit distracting to fully enjoy. Tasted November 2013.
