This is a really nice bottle of Gewürztraminer; very typical of what the grape is supposed to be. There's honey and passionfruit, guava and jasmine on the nose. It's silky on the palate, but with a crisp acidity that makes it very balanced, and then there's the tell-tale hint of lime bitterness on the finish.
