A nice sparkling wine from Alsace. This blanc de blancs (white made entirely of white grapes) is made with Pinot blanc and Pinot Auxerrois. I think this would be an overall crowd pleaser. It has a nice mouthfeel and is quite refreshing. It would be a great aperitif. Good price.

Simple but elegant

Description: Light straw in colour with a medium intense nose and fine mousse. This wine features light yeast, brioche, white peach, green apples, pears and white flowers on the nose. Medium body with good acidity and a long length.

Negatives: None

Drink now or in the next 5-7 of years on its own or pair it with Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage.
