This fruit forward wine is made from grapes grown on east facing terraces on a bed of ancient alluvial soils washed down from the Santa Lucia Highlands in California’s Salinas Valley. It offers abundant flavours of cherries, raspberries, dark plums, spices and herbs. Wafts of smoke, earth and cedar add further appeal and complexity
