The plums jump right out of the glass followed by a hit of dark chocolate and spice. Softer, when I expected something a bit more complex; seemed slightly out-of-sorts and touch hot on the finish. Might benefit from a year laying on its side. Drink after 2012. (Tasted March 2011, northof9finewine)
