This blend of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Roussanne has a medium+ intensity nose that is fresh and ripe with citrusy and lemony aromas accented by pear and apple with some tangy notes. It's medium to medium-full bodied and dry on the well-structured palate with good concentration. It's gently spicy with delicious pear, apple, and citrusy aroma replays, joined by some vanilla and mealy notes on the flavour profile.
