This blend of 85% Syrah, 10% Grenache, and 5% Carignan has a fresh, ripe, stone mineral, black raspberry, black cherry, currant, and peppery spice nose of medium-high intensity. It has lovely stony, smoky, black raspberry, black cherry, and blackberry flavours that echo on the dry, medium+ to medium-full bodied palate. It has fresh, juicy acidity, alongside ripe, slightly chalky tannins. The spicy mid-palate leads to stony, savoury, minerally, and white spice notes on the long aftertaste. Tasted Nov. 2024.
