Blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir. The fresh, medium-high to highly aromatic is elegant and complex with lovely autolytic, toasty, brioche, lemon citrus, and ripe apple aromas. On the elegant, mouth-filling palate it is very well balanced with fine acidity and creamy textured mousse. The very attractive aromas echo on the palate, followed by a slightly tangy mid-palate, while the dry finish has toasty and brioche characters, with excellent length. Tasted Oct. 2024.
