This 100% Gewurztraminer has lovely, elegant, medium-high to highly aromatic nose that offers pretty aromas of rose petals, lemon, yellow citrus, orange, grapefruit pith, and touches of lychee. On the medium-full bodied palate it is slightly off-dry (i.e. gently sweet) with touches of spice joining the aroma replays on the flavour profile. It has very good acidity, along with pleasant spice notes on the mid-palate, while leesy mineral notes add savouriness and complexity to the long finish. Vegan-friendly. Tasted May 2024.
