Here's a lean, crisp, varietally and regionally accurate bubbly from the Loire Valley, with plenty of high-acid...
This is a light-bodied, taut, dry and lemony young sparkler from chenin blanc grapes, with mild, fairly simple aromas...
Moussy, creamy, unctuous and sweeter than it needs to be. Were the acidity higher or the dosage lower it would come...

Lemon, strawberry and sandwich bread on the nose. A light and airy texture, tiny soft bubbles, clean dry finish. Lemon and lime on the forefront, maraschino cherry and mandarin finish in the mouth. A lighter and very easy to drink cremant. I am guessing that it's chenin blanc. Potato chips, shrimp crackers, or short-bread.
