My wife and I had the 2021 vintage of this rosé recently at a restaurant in Perth, ON, and we were wowed by it. I happened to notice the 2023 vintage was in the July 6 release, and luckily was able to get a few bottles just before the LCBO workers went on strike. After reading the critic's reviews of the 2021 vintage, I'd say that this one is completely on-form - the fruity/floral aromatics are compelling, and it's just a delight to sip, with no off-notes, and a lingering finish. This is a serious, purpose-built rosé that commands attention. Tasted July 2024.
