Great effervescence of fine bubbles bursting in the glass to release toasted aromas and hints of cranberry and strawberry. Nicely balanced on the palate with just the slightest sweetness and a lovely lingering dry finish. I highly recommend this.

Nice and light, with a touch of sweetness. Light pink in colour made of mostly pinot noire grapes with a touch of chardonnay. Notes of strawberries, rose petals, and cranberries on the palate. Tasted February 2012

I remember having this lovely bubbly at Mumm Napa itself. I enjoyed it just as much again. Made with mostly Pinot Noir and a little bit of Chardonnay, it has a light pink, salmon colour with nice fruit flavour. This sparkler will enhance any spring day. An elegant wine for not too bad of a price.
