The fresh, lifted nose of medium-high intensity is ripe & spicy w/ lovely red & black fruits, blkbrry, raspbrry, cherry, peppery spice, stony mineral & dried herb aromas w/ touches of meaty & savoury notes. Notably mid-weighted on dry palate w/ complex ripe blackberry, black cherry, black raspberry, savoury meaty, stony mineral, blk pepper spice & dried herb flavours supported by tangy, juicy acidity. Smooth, refined tannins have some chalky textured & youthful grip. Stony mineral w/ touches of spice linger on slightly tangy, crisp finish, w/ excellent length. Tasted May 2024. Score: 90+ pts
