The medium+ intensity nose offers attractive red fruited aromas of red berry, strawberry, and cherry, with hints of peach and blood orange adding complexity. It's had very good acidity on the dry, medium-to-medium-full bodied palate. The lovely aroma replays follow through on the palate and are joined by citrusy, red berry, and mineral notes. Pleasing mineral notes linger on the long, sophisticated finish. Tasted Sept. 2023.

Barely pink in colour, so pale is this wine. At first, I was "meh", but this grew on me. I suspect it was a wee bit too cold when I first tried it, which my have rather deadened my palate. The wine is crisp and light, hints of orchard fruit (peaches) and strawberries. Charming and nifty. Now I know where Uruguay is on the map.
